I'm the VMF's newest member ::
Looking forward to getting involved in this forum.
For now though, I'm just learning my way around ;)

Welcome--Check out the FAQ button and the Search button--Both really useful--Fill out your bio a little more--If you list your general location we can find out who's near you if you need help--I've found no better site than this for Mustang help and info--Sometimes we wander into OT (off topic) land but that's what makes this group of people fun--Don't be afraid to ask a question--Someone will have the answer

Welcome aboard. Nice k.

Welcome, I'm sure your'll find alot of helpful people here and a ton of information.
Since you're new though, you have to buy the first round. ::

Welcome one GT 9006 Fastback 5.

First off...since you don't have a whole lot posts invested in that handle...I'd suggest you change it to something different. For instance, in another life I was 1_65Pony...but then you find that there are so many handles about like that it makes it hard to keep track of whos who.

Maybe GTMike or something like that? Just a suggestion.

Anyway...welcome to the VMF. You can discuss anything you want here as long as it doesn't involve religion or politics.

By the way...did you hear the one about the Pope and George Bush?

Again, welcome.

Phil

Welcome Michael!!

Have fun lurking/searching/posting on Bob's great site! We all need to get the grease off our hands and come in from the garage to play on the computer here for a while. Your web site is great --- get one of those car pics down to signature pic size (25-40k) and link to it.

But really, a red 65 FB??!! Does anyone like those?? :: ;) ::

Welcome, nice FB! K code to boot! Fine job on the web page too. Enjoy :D

Yeah, this is a cool site with lots of good folks who are very knowledgable and willing to help. Oh yeah, Awesome car!!!

Along with everyone elses advice and warm welcome I'd like to warn you about the VMF Police ::.
You see if anyone is caught writing, talking, thinking about certain subjects on the VMF then the VMF Police ::show up and , well lets just say its an ugly sight,site,er, sight. Ah, you might be asking what those subjects are. Well rumor has it that these points of interest to the VMF Police are Sex,Drugs, Rock'n'roll, Politics,Religion and Britanny Spears.
Some might not like me informing you like this but try to keep your nose clean.

Also realize we have fun here!!!!

VMF Police here ::. I understand there's a informant among you. Well we'll just have to ask everyone to move
along.....nothing to see here. :D :D :D ::

Oh and I agree about changing your handle now. Just a suggestion but when you do meet up in person with other VMFers it certainly will be hard to introduce yourself as '1965 fastback but with the letters all switched and well, with the 1 here and the 9 there and', you get my meaning.
Just a suggestion though. Here we offer suggestions but realize that the decision is always yours.

WOW ! !
That's an amazing welcome. Thanks ! !

Well, let's start of with Beers for all...........I mean why not it's already 9:30am :)

Thanks for feedback on the username. You're right, I don't have much invested in it here, however I've been using it on the HIPO Mustang Board for a while now. So I guess I'm, "just gonna be that guy with the screwy username" ::

As for me, years ago I worked for Marin Mustang in Northern California. I was young and didn't know a whole lot about Mustangs but the guys there learned me a thing or two. About Mustangs that is...........

I did not do the work on this car myself. But I look forward to getting my hands dirty again soon.

Here's a page of some of the other cars I've owned or currently own, including a mustang or six. My Other Vehicles

You need to send one doller to the next newest member, that's how we do that here LOL,
