Very clean! I especially like the way you worked aroun dthe trunk hinges.
I'd have to add my vote to the center cable looking a bit awkward. Would it help if you used a "1980's" style solenoid? The cables connect on the "front" instead the sides. I just happen to have a pic of the solenoids side by side for comparison but Club Photo seems to be busy taking a dump or something right now so I can't upload it.

I Like It ! I love It! I Want Some More OF IT !looks great .what an insperation >

I agree. I am working on a change for the switch/solenoid setup

Cutting, assembling, & covering all the pieces took about a weekend to do.

Amplifiers? Is that some kind of new power adder for the engine? ;)

I have an OK stereo system but no amps. But maybe a future mod :D

The handle is for lifting the bottom board out and for strapping down anything I may put back there for travels (like my duffle bag) so it wont slide into the solenoid/shut off switch

EDIT - Forgot your other questions. Yes, both the battery tray and battery box bolt throught the carpeted wood piece to metal frames I made that bolt to the actual trunk floor itself. I didn't want anything to move back there.

Yes I am not done with the wiring and such. Just finished the overall look and wanted some opinions. As I suspected, most people don't like the way the wires are (I don't either). A change is in the works.
