I have decided to search for a 69 Mach 1 verses restore my plain jane 69 fastback.

I am looking for something between a good project car (not rusted beyond repair) to an older restoration. A project car must be complete or nearly complete (and I don't absolutely need an engine or transmission). I can't afford a recent restoration or an original car in excellent condition.

I live in Kansas City and can travel for the right car.

Let me know what you have, how much you want for it and where you are located.

Thanks.

My Dad has one that may interest you but not sure of your price range. He has a 69 390 4-speed Mach that currently has a dual quad intake and carbs on it. The motor has been rebuilt, the interior is all brand new it has original floors and quarters with only one small patch in the passenger front floor. Car was originally white with red interior, now is silver with black interior. Car is about 90% completed. just need to do the plumbing and redo all the brakes and bushings and a few misc. trim. I can send pics if you send me a PM. looking to get $22,500.

I have one tucked away and was waiting for a time to restore it. It is technically a fastback, not a Mach 1, but it has been painted candy apple red with the mach 1 stripes and hood scoop and looks awesome. Magnum 500's, brand new tires, no engine or tranny but originally a 302 automatic. I have a 302 and tranny i was eventually going to put in. I also have a deluxe mach 1 interior; seats, door panels, woodgrain gauges, console, etc. I can sell you the car the way it sits or you can pick and choose what other parts you would want for it that I have. Body is clean with new paint, as I stated. Original 1/4's, fenders and hood. Doors are from a 70 and are clean. Frame is 98%, new floors but it needs a little bit of work on the front frame rails where rust holes have popped thru. glass is all good but the door glass and 1/4 windows need to be reinstalled, being removed for the resto. Price starts at $8000 and increase with whatever additional parts you may want. You can cantact me at CoramCorral@aol.com.
