Happy Birthday! 40 isn't the start of the downward slide. I think that happens about 15 years from whatever age you're at, or so I like to believe. *LOL* Just another case of mind over matter.

As of December 1, I've only got 2 more years to 40 myself; and we have a 2 year old and another on the way!

Happy B-Day. You'll never believe how quickly 40 turns into 50!, but your real age is up to you. I can tell you the only downhill aspect for me at 49.5 is roaring down awesome Bay Area mountain bike trails, wishing I'd started when I was a young 40 year old whipper-snapper like you!
