installing p/s

when installing p/s to a '65 289.....does the belt also run over the water pump pulley too?
or do i just need a two groove crank pulley?
what is the belt # that i'll need?

Fender, Will depend on the Pulleys.

Any 65-69 289/302 will run straight off the crank, plenty of adjustment, work fine, IF, IF you have the correct pulleys.

With this said, It's a bunch easier to put the Year correct PS Crank Pulley, and yes a 2 Groove Water Pump pulley on your Classic, Do it right first time!

Depends on the options and when the car was built. Give us the scheduled build date and whether or not you have A/C.

the 289 has a code of.....5J10
no a/c and no build date tags on the car
