"Huskinhano"???? Well, we go out to PA a lot. We have property, 22 acres in a small town called Nicholson. It's about 20 miles north of Scranton. So being near the Susquahanna river, when my daughter was about 3 (4 years ago) she would call it the "Huskinhano river" She couldn't say Susquahanna. We thought the name was cute and it stuck as her nick name. Otherwise my handle would have been "Susquahanna" :p

I'm an electrician. I work for a very large real estate development company out of Dallas TX. I'm station in a world headquarters at a very well know international company in Park Ridge, NJ as their on site electrician.

I use Lightning because of This. Im 35 yrs old and by am a boiler operator at a 600 megawatt coal fired power plant in NY, Ive been there 15 yrs and hoping to retire from the same job, as long as the greenies dont cut me out of work first.

Well, my situation hasn't changed much, I still own an archaeological consulting firm, but now I have a website:

Archaeor, Archaeological Consultants

And the meaning of my user name hasn't changed either:

Mine's pretty easy to figure out . . . "67" stands for how tall I was in inches when I was 5'7", and

"gt" is our nickname for my cousin Henry . . . it stands for "Go, Tiger . . . " (you don't want to know)

My current job is as a marine sales engineer, selling to commercial (deepwater) marine, navy and military vessels and companies. This is my 15th year with this company, starting as a mechanical engineer.

Frank65 is the obvious result of my total lack of creativity when it came to selecting a username. Actually, all of the other ones I came up with were taken and I got tired of trying to find something witty! Frank (me) 65 (my car).

Retired from a major oil company where I worked as a drilling engineer in the Rocky Mtn Region, and later as a safety and environmental coordinator for their drilling operations in the Gulf of Mexico.

"dailydriver" = what my car has been since 1989....

Well, I am a Civil Draftsman by trade but I build computers and repair them on the side. I am actually looking to make a career change and get into facilites planning and/or management. As for my nickname, In high school I hung out with a pretty rowdy bunch. We all drank way too much and some of us liked to do things we shouldn't have done. I was always content to sit back, drink and enjoy the stupid human tricks! So for my laid back attitude I got called "Grandpa" and it stuck. I have been called that regularly for about 15 years now, along with several other names I can't mention on a family oriented forum!

My real name is Ross MacDonald. I used to work for a local Ford dealer selling parts and doing deliveries until I got laid off... now, 8 months later, I work in a lumber Yard, hauling, oddly enough, lumber. Its hard work, but it pays the bills.

My handle SHOULD have been the vin number of my first stang, a 6 cyl coupe. But, thinking I had it memorized, I just shot it down and started typing away. About 100 posts later, I realized that I left5 outthe 4 in 7r01t143210, so I goofed. But it was too late, and I didnt wanna give up my posts!

Retail/Wholesale auto parts for 19 years

c6fastback -- My car is a 66 fastback
c=1960's 6 = 6 so c6 = 1966

Gene J is for my name. I was in a hurry when I joined.

I started here looking for a project car and kind of stayed for the fun.

I implement Oracle HRMS, Payroll and Benefits systems. I have been doing this for 26 years so the odds are good I have done work for your company.

Application engineer for high end 3D CAD/2D FEED systems, primarily plant design. Dalorzo F was a nom-de-plume I used on artwork way back when and still use from time to time... no real "meaning" to it.

My name is Doug McKeown and I'm a Systems and Networks Administrator for an all women's catholic college. I get older, they stay the same age. ;) Solaris, linux, windows, mac's, firewalls, packetshapers, ids systems. They all fall under my (lone) job description.

My handle, dmcq stands for -
Dimethylcloriquintyline which is a pheremone causing permanent erections. I have an over abundance. Or it's a creative brief of my name. ;)

Student at UNC-CH

i've always had a preoccupation with falcons... not ford falcons, real falcons. so, thats usually my name online, "falcon". but of course, one of those people that signed up for the forum 18 years ago had the name falcon, so i had to add something to the end and figured "69" would be fine since that what year mustang i have currently. whatevs.

My name is Bob Geary, and I'm a meatcutter by trade. Technically, I'm a "First Cutter", or assistant manager of the department. My handle of Buboola came about when I was a volunteer fireman, There were 3 other guys named Bob there at the time, thru a long story, Buboola got stuck on me to single me out from the other Bob's.

Okay I'll go next...

Mark Shaum....that probably explains the handle.

I work for GE Medical Systems as a Software Reliability Engineer to test Healthcare IT systems that we sell to hospitals, doctors offices etc...

Later,

My user name is incredibly original. I'm Tom, and the rest is my last name.

I'm a CFP (Certified Financial Planner) working in the financial planning department of a massive international financial services firm. I have been providing comprehensive planning advice (investments, tax, retirement, estate, etc.) to really, really, really wealthy people for over 10 years.

I have edited out my opinions of my employer, and just left in the good bits. To quote my Grandmother "If you don't have anything nice to say, come sit next to me."

I'm a systems engineer working on integrating various mine countermeasure systems onto MH60S helicopters for the Navy. My real job is to solve insolvable problems that crop up about once every two weeks, so the job is extremely challenging and satisfying when you find the solution that everyone said didn't exist! ::

Midlife? It's the name of the car and my internet name. Well, it ain't no crisis, but I took the name after obtaining a senior citizen's discount at a cat show when I was 43 years old. It's great to be old and whizzened: senior moments, not able to (selectively) hear, great discounts, and of course, all the women love irrascible old men! ;) :p
