I bought my first project car a few months ago and was given all of the interior: floor mats, passenger seat, sound proofing, etc. (at least I think it’s all of it) and I’ve gotten tired at staring at the pile of interior bits sitting in my dorm room and want to clean it out and start putting it back together. The only problem is I have no clue where to start other than trial and error. Does anyone have any guides, manuals, videos, or tips/tricks for this process? Anything helps and is greatly appreciated. For reference the entire interior is stripped except the headliner and drivers seat.

Your best bet is to purchase the assembly manual for your car. I prefer the paper version since I can drag it to the car with me. If you Google it it’s readily available. Also, unless you’re certain you have them all, it might be a good idea to purchase an interior fastener kit for your vehicle. That way you’re not trying to figure out which screws go where etc. Good luck to you.

Welcome to the VMF

As Mcmashst stated, the assembly and service manuals are your best friends. Since you're in college, I'm going to assume you're good with PDFs? Rock Auto carries the Assembly manual set and the Dealer Repair manuals in PDF for around $20 each. The David Graham manuals have an annoying watermark, but some google-fu can take care of that.

The 429 Megasite is primarily for 71 models, but the interiors are nearly identical.
