Hi All, was looking a an original 69 Mustang and is a T-5, does this really add any value or
is it just add to the kool factor?

Thanks Hartford, CT

Personally, I feel it can be read both ways, and dependent on the language used. Especially since the OP is stateside and how many "T5 tranny-ville" posts have we all see, read, and answered.

Sorry, as a Ford Novice, figured the experts would see through my post. I was referring to a Mustang Fastback Export car T-5, "Not a Transsmision"....
It was my skimming type of reading that got me on this one. I read the "is" as "has" and went from there. My apologies and look what happened to your thread. :(

Ahh. I have transmissions on the brain and I read that to mean a Mustang with a T5 transmission installed. It might add a small amount of value to be an original export Mustang, returned to the US and still have the T5 badging and so on. Rarity does not always equate to desirability nor liquidity but a couple hundred extra bucks for a good story isn't all together a bad thing.

Yep, I think being a T-5 is worth a little change $$. It sets you apart from the rest of the field, and is unique.
